近日，世界知名地产设计奖项 美国TITAN Property Awards 公布获奖名单，GND恩嘉设计的作品得到了奖项国际评委会的高度认可，其中南京·半山云邸 Nanjing · Mid-levels Mansion喜获铂金奖、建发·五象映月 C&D · Wuxiang Yingyue荣获金奖，重庆·麓铭府 Chongqing · Luming Mansion荣获金奖！

南京被称之为“天下文枢”、“东南第一学府”，都城的美流淌在千古佳作里，也熏陶着这座城里一代又一代的人。设计将人与人之间“相识”到“相融”的过程写进这样的空间里，将自然的平和揉进空间里，物化设计的力量，宁静、内敛而富有张力，让人能够舒适放松地“认识”这里，“享受”这里。
A journey of art, a dialogue with comfort
Nanjing is known as "the center of culture" and "top one academy in the southeast China". The beauty of this ancient capital flows through the historical masterpieces, and it also nurtures generations of people in this city. The design integrates the process from "meeting" to "understanding" between people into the space, combining the peace of nature. The power of design has become quiet, subtle but full of vitality, which makes people feel comfortable and relaxed to know and enjoy this environment.

项目概述
本案设计通过运用马列维奇艺术里的“连接”和“分离”概念作为设计理念，来诠释几何抽象艺术与家居生活的结合。利用“色块”式的家具铺陈情感与个性，由深色入调，深咖、中咖色铺陈沉稳低调的氛围感，以醒目的爱马仕橙点缀，融入自然光景与绿植，如同一曲抑扬顿挫的探戈辗转在空间里，充分展现“结构”与“内容”的“至上主义”。
In this project, the design interprets the combination of geometric abstract art and modern living by using the concepts of "connection" and "separation" in Malevich's artworks. The designer uses the "color block" style furniture to express emotion and personality, starting from dark tones, and dark brown and medium brown colors are laid out with a calm and modest atmosphere, which is embellished with eye-catching Hermes orange color.

项目概述
《自然，然后自由》的灵感来自Leonard Koren说的：“削减到本质，但不要剥离它的韵，保持干净纯洁但不要剥夺生命力。”本案位于重庆，项目融合小众侘寂风格，打造生态、自然与设计的和谐之美，让平凡与简约在空间流动，在细节中讲故事。
空间以大量空白墙面为载体，深色真皮沙发、配上老木茶几、一束简单的绿植、一幅大气简单的麻布手工画……乍一看原始粗犷，走进却发现其中的温和与质朴、细腻与质感。朴素、自然、至纯，在这里让人不经意间，总能感受到时间的沉淀。
Our concept "Nature, then Freedom" was inspired by Leonard Koren's words: "Pare down to the essence, but don't remove the poetry, keep things clean and unencumbered, but don't sterilize."This project is located in Chongqing.It integrates the wabi-sabi style as a niche to create a harmonious beauty blending ecology, nature and design, which makes the ordinary and simplicity flow in the space, and tell the story in the details.
