泰禾新天地项目位于东莞市的核心区域，是泰禾地产首进东莞的代表之作，占地约26195平方米，规划建面184441平方米，其中计容面积117883平方米。是一个集高档住宅、星级商务公寓、甲级办公物业、缤纷街区商业组成的大型都市综合体项目。

Tahoe New World Project is located in the core area of Dongguan City as the representative of Tahoe Real Estate Group's first entry into Dongguan. It covers an area of about 26,195 square meters with a planned building area of 184,441 square meters , including a capacity buidling area of 117,883 square meters. It is a large-scale urban complex consisting of high-end residential neighborhoods, star-rated business apartments, first-grade office properties and fantastic commercial streets.

Dongguan is an important birthplace of Lingnan civilization with culture diversity where the natural culture, industrial culture and immigration culture coexist. The landscape design draws inspiration from the mysterious nature, picking up the elements of the water-grained river and forest to abstract them into the design language.

细节设计

入口广场高约十米的森林之树不仅是标志性景观节点还起到导视作用。广场蜿蜒的曲线铺装俯瞰仿似一颗颗散落的河石，置身其中又如游走在河流溪谷之中，舒适惬意。旱喷采用现代科技打造为拱形水帘，增加人与景观的互动性。

Details Design

The forest tree about 10 meters high in the entrance plaza plays a role as not only a landmark node but also a guiding sign. The curved pavement on the square seems the scattered stones in the river when looking down, and it is comfortable and cosy as in the river valley when walking in it. Modern technology is adopted in the intermitant fountain to create an arched water curtain, which increases the interaction between people and the landscape.
